Biography

Recently appointed to the Parliamentary Reform Commission by the Government of Barbados, Dr. William Chandler is one of the Caribbean’s foremost emerging legal, economic and financial minds.
Dr. Chandler successfully read for the Bachelor of Science in Political Science with International Relations from the University of West Indies Cave Hill Campus; the Master of Political Economy from The University of Manchester and the Juris Doctor (PhD-equivalent) from The Queen’s University of Belfast; concentrating in the public regulation of private enterprise.

Dr. Chandler has, at all times, focused on applying his scholarship to life’s contexts. To that end, he also completed various levels of professional training and work as a stock market analyst, educator, journal editor, sports agent and business leader; having also attained his Level 7 (Master) Certificate in Strategic Management from the United Kingdom’s Chartered Management Institute.

Having returned to Barbados in 2019, Dr. Chandler works in the corporate world, engaged as a wealth manager and a C-level business development expert; helping individuals and corporations of various respective net-worth and market caps grow from strength-to-strength. His mission now is use his wealth of experience and network of partners to aid Barbados, the Caribbean and World in their journeys towards greater levels of prosperity.
